Share to:

According to Japan Iron and Steel Federation that Japan’s crude steel outputs is 52.54 million tons, with the increase of 0.9% for the first period of 2016 compared to the previous year. The reason for the sluggish demand in energy steel are: steelmakers adjust steel production and production control for the inventory of steel produced by extraction of iron blast furnace process; low crude oil prices and the international market turmoil. Japanese ferrous scrap made by blast furnace by steel mill export prices tender to reach 23027 yen per ton for H2 level, with the drop by 4,183 yen.
